I really like the design of these barstools. I also like the color of the seats which match the colors of my kitchen and dining area. The first set, however, started to peel on the backs of the chairs after two years. The vinyl seemed very thin and started to rub off when my guests sat on the chairs. The vinyl also peeled while I was wiping some spilled water from the back of the chair .I called Home World and they connected me to customer service. I explained what happened to the chairs to Richard and he spoke to management. I was very happy when management decided to replace my three chairs. The new chairs seem to have thicker vinyl and padding and I'm sure they will last longer than two years like the previous barstools. Mahalo for excellent customer service.
