CUSTOMER PICK-UP
PICK UP AT WAREHOUSE
Avoid delivery charges and scheduling conflicts by picking up your order at one of our warehouses. Select "Pick-Up From Warehouse" during checkout and we'll contact you within 48 hours of placing your order to schedule your pick-up (if your items are in stock). For your own security, please bring your receipt and photo ID to the warehouse when you pick up your items on the scheduled date. Please anticipate a short wait of up to 30 minutes while your furniture is being processed for pick up.
When you arrive at our warehouse please inspect your merchandise prior to signing. Note that you will be responsible to bring back any merchandise for warranty or replacement. Our team will be available to help you load your merchandise, but we will not be responsible for securing any items or damage to the merchandise or vehicle. Please provide your own tie downs. All items are unassembled and in its original factory packaging unless pick up with assembly is selected at checkout. Please note that we are not able to assemble beds for pick up.

PICK UP AT PORT
Since we don't have warehouses on Kauai, Molokai, or Lanai, we offer our customers on these islands the option to "Pick Up From Port". Delivery fees to the Kauai port start at $40. Delivery fees to the Molokai or Lanai port are generally free. However, there will be a water charge incurred when the items purchased must be shipped through Oahu.

FURNITURE DELIVERY
DELIVERY TO DOOR
Our threshold service includes delivery to the threshold of your building. Depending on the size and weight of the item, the item may be shipped to you via FedEx or UPS or delivered by our team at a scheduled delivery time, with threshold defined as:
- condos/apartments: the building entrance or loading dock.
- townhomes/single family homes: your front door, porch, garage or a safe spot outside of your home.
Please note that your furniture will not be taken inside your building, it will only be taken up to the threshold of the building. Assembly may be required.
Please note that if your item is not sent via FedEx or UPS, someone must be present to receive your delivery and that a digital signature will be required by the person who placed the order or whose name is noted on the order. The person signing for the delivery must be 18 or older.
Based on stock availability, a delivery can typically be scheduled within 3 - 7 days of your purchase.

FULL SERVICE HOME DELIVERY
Our Full Service Home Delivery is the ultimate experience in ease and convenience. Relax and kick back as we handle all the setup. Our Full Service Home Delivery includes unloading your items and delivering them to the room, area, or outdoor space of your choice, unpacking and full assembly, and carton and packing trash removal. Full details are as follows:
- Place your furniture where you want it.
- Remove plastic coverings from upholstered pieces, mattresses, & boxsprings.
- Remove straps which secure sleeper sofa mechanisms.
- Set up dining room table with leaves in, if you wish.
- Set glass shelves in hutch and curio units.
- Set up bed frames and place mattresses on frame.
- Attach mirrors to dressers, but not to walls.
- Set up hutch and buffet units, wall units, and curio cabinets.
- Carry your furniture up a maximum of three flights of stairs, if there is no elevator.
- Remove all packaging materials from your property.
We are currently able to offer our full service home delivery service on Oahu, Maui, and the Big Island. For all other islands, we offer a modified delivery service detailed below.
For Kauai, home delivery includes unloading your items and delivering them to the first level room of your choice, unpacking and light assembly (legs and backings only), and carton and packing trash removal.
For Molokai, home delivery includes unloading your items and placing them on the curb outside your home. Please note that assembly is not included.

Full service home delivery on Oahu is charged at a flat rate of $169.
Maui

Home delivery fees on Molokai and Lanai start at $189. Please note that assembly is not included. Delivery fees vary depending on the items purchased. If your merchandise is to be delivered to a freight forwarder, please contact us at homeworld@cswo.com. Additional delivery information is required to ensure accurate processing of your order. Additional delivery charges may apply for special handling or packing that is required by your freight forwarder. Also in the case of using a freight forwarder, please note that the delivery may not be full service.
DELIVERY SCHEDULING
Both "Delivery to Door" and "Full Service Home Delivery" are scheduled by appointment. If all of your items are in stock and ready to be delivered, we will schedule your delivery with you in store or contact you within 48 hours of placing an online order to schedule your delivery. In these situations, delivery can typically be scheduled within 3-7 days of your purchase. If some or all of your items are not yet available for delivery, we will contact you within 48 hours of placing your order with next steps and will schedule your delivery once all items are ready to be delivered.
You will again be contacted by our delivery partner 2 days prior to your scheduled delivery date with an approximate delivery time frame. Contact will first be attempted by text message. If they do not receive a confirmation response from you, they will then contact you by email. If they do not receive a confirmation response from you, they will finally contact you by automated phone calls. If you are unable to be home on your scheduled delivery day, please email us at homeworld@cswo.com as soon as possible to reschedule. We need 2 days notice to reschedule for the next available delivery day. If you are not home when the delivery truck arrives, your delivery will be rescheduled and a re-delivery charge will be assessed. Please arrange for someone (18 years or older) to be home for delivery. If no one is at home, our delivery partner will proceed to the next scheduled delivery and you may be subject to an additional delivery charge. If delivery does not take place within 30 days of the original scheduled delivery date, the order may be treated as a canceled order.
