Loved the product. Scheduled a return to fix the door (adjustment). I was given choices 1. Return the original and get a replacement 2. Keep the original and they would give me monetary adjustment. I however wanted to keep the original with the minor door adjustment. I became very sick on day prior to their arrival and I was told because I canceled late (day before) I would have to pay a Fee (the same amount as delivery). I did not agree and the woman said they’d reschedule when I felt better.

Remember that any damaged items must be reported to Homeworld within 5 days or they refuse to repair or replace. Quality of the piece is just ok. It came damaged on the side and doors were warped. The service repair person was unable to fix it to a satisfactory condition. Replaced it with different unit. Purchased August 2023.

Very dissatisfied due to such a high end furniture store and after purchasing a dining table 6 chairs, a coffee table. 2 Mattress, a sofa plus 2 single chairs HomeWorld didn’t even check the TV cabinet if the doors are lined up straight, hinges properly on and screws properly tightened. I hope the service tech can repair the TV cabinet properly to our standards or the price that was paid.
